Alright, it has all worked for a number of months but here they are:
CPU: AMD Athlon ii x4 750k (3.4GHz Quad Core)
GPU: AMD Radeon HD6670 (1GB vRAM)
RAM: 8GB (1600MHz)

Yeah, the textures still aren't working. Sorry for the late reply, been away for a couple days.

Not sure what the problem was, but a new graphics card fixed this! Maybe directx or something.. Thanks anyway.
