Hi @Vimpto,
1) Go to the workshop-subscribed and uncheck all of your subscribed addons.
2) Remove all the files from the steamapps/username/garrysmod/garrysmod/addons folder
3) In the Steam Library, right click on Garry's Mod, click Properties, go to the Local Files tab and click "Verify Integrity of Game Cache".
3) On the Garry's Mod menu, go into options>multiplayer. Find the drop down box that says "When a server tries to download custom content to your computer". Set it to Allow All Custom Files From Server

The user is no longer having this issue. Thank you @"Nightmare".
Summary and Solution:
The user was unable to join the server due to a mismatched map; the error being "Couldn't CRC maps/map_rp_evocity_v4b1.bsp, disconnecting". After many unsuccessful tries the user re-downloaded the correct map file from the Google Drive found here.
Closed and Archived.
