Yes. I tried the solutions posted by The Rock and Noot Noot but they haven't worked.

Try that.
Spawn a POD, enter it, go to third person, remove it(z), get into the ambulance.

It doesn't have to be a pod, it can be any chair. That technique worked for me.

Hey guys it's fixed now, I don't know what did it, but it works. I will say that none of the above solutions worked. I just happened to come on after a while of being gone and it's working for some reason.
