Please elaborate what this dispute was as I am not aware of it?

and

Had he returned with a different job, a different face, a different IC name, but kept the same steam name, would you have given him what you we're giving everyone else?

Where you said "plzz give me money" in PM and I denied your entrance, after which you became pretty salty.

I wouldn't have given him the money if he changed his IC stuff. My giveaway was entirely OOC. Same goes for the Evoradio giveaway where everyone had to PM Enzyme on the forums about the db5. You also had to join LL steam group. How is this in any way IC?

The ECR can be considered in character as it talks about in character issues, the forum pm can be considered submiting your entry much like any contest would online, this can include the LL Steam Group.

In this case, you advertized in character what your intentions were, and now your saying you would refuse someone something like this for OOC reasons.

Again though im not seeing how anyone would be punished in this case, even more so since the items we're apparently given back.

Are there any final things to be said on this?

At the time I told Rock that Maniac fell for it, I did not think I was breaking the rules

Obviously I would not laugh at anyone including myself rulebreaking.
I remembered saying sorry multiple times and I still believe I did so.

And yes, I gave back the money to the one who was supposed to get it.

These are pms, not to your face, nor does it show anything that could have been said via voice, there is still doubt this occured and unless you can provide evidence to show it, we cannot hit him up for it.

I'm not seeing how that disproves his claim? It just shows him giving it to Daley, then daley giving it to you, there is little context there to show malicious intent, or intent at all.

This is exactly what I meant with the personal dispute. You obviously seem salty after you knew you weren't getting any money. Why would you lie about something when now the evidence is out? This is why, again, I want a different administrator reviewing this case and call for a total shutdown of Blackdog's involvement in this thread.

ok so the rules that are similar to this are in place to protect a player from losing there stuff when trading etc
if your giving it away to random people who cares, plus you gave it to that player, hes not stealing, scamming etc
so i fail to see what rule was broken in that case
i dont see any evidence of the laughing at his face, a pm to another player does not fall under that statement
lods blackdog has not said you have lied or falsified evidence, he is pointing out that PM dont go against what markus has said due to the circumstances in which it was said (PM)
