Ok, so if the printer prints the reciept at the store do i have to ask in OOC "WHAT DID THE RECIEPT SAY" No. I can assume it says the items i bought and the prices. Same with the ID, he didnt /it The ID has the name :****** so i assumed it was correct since he didnt say otherwise

With that example, no. A reciept from a cash-register isn't a situation where there are other players that may be harmed/arrested/interacted. The cash-register is a cash-register. But arresting someone includes atleast one more person, a person who could interact and counter-RP.
Can an admin check if that car was reported stolen at that time? And if someone were driving someone else's car, why did you take away the fact that he may have borrowed it? You couldn't have checked if it actually WAS /stolen, since you didn't have the computer or DB around.
I don't know why purple doesn't answer, does he have another nick on the forum?

I've talked with blackdog about this. Since wolf did not /it The ID is fake. It has the name *** or /it The registration has the name : Purple wolf's igname or something of the like its not powergaming. I can provide voice records of this with the consent of blackdog.
EDIT: The opinion that matters is the admin that is supervising this thread, im just giving other admin's opinion.

Closing Notes: A player checking the glovebox and checking an ID to identify a vehicle's registration does not require more detail other than to check the glovebox which is where the registration is usually kept. If nothing is said before the situation, the ID's legality or the refistrations location are default to be in the glovebox or wherever the player wishes to say and the ID is valid by default.
