It could be that you are either missing the files or they got corrupted somehow, have you tried deleting all .gma files and letting them redownload?

I'm just replying for posterity as I don't know if you have fixed this or not.
Verify the local files will not fix an issue with addons because Steam doesn't check them during that.
The best solution to this is to delete the relevant addons (I don't know which content pack they're in, but if you have the time deleting them all won't hurt). You can also disable all addons in the in-game addon menu and see if that helps (sometimes conflicting addons cause odd behavior).
Also make sure to check console, as there is likely an error being spouted in there. The game has the model (otherwise an error would show up) but it might have been corrupted.

Sorry about that. As you may or may not know I've been having a hella trouble connecting to the servers; and when I do the likelihood of seeing a Raptor/Hummer is pretty rare. I'll archive this for now and reopen it if it's still relevant when I don't ****ing time out every ****ing time I join.
