Also I need to sort out the issue with ProjectE items getting banned. It ruins the modpack since I can't make really good factories. Like, most items in the game don't have EMC. Only about 40% or even less. Hardly anyone does trading lol

Instead of trying to make "trading" happen, I would rather see community projects. Such as @"Midget HD" station, which would greatly benifit from ProjectE.

Pretty much. I want to build a world on this server. I mean sure, you are not gonna get everyone to join in but different towns can make different projects. I'm currently making a train station with a railway. Another could build a power station. People are still gonna trade just not as much now. If anything, this is not CityRP. If that is wanted, then build a map for that.
