LimeLight won't have to do any of this until earning over the required threshold which is like 70/80 grand, which lets be honest, isn't going to happen.
So no, no tax will be required, LL won't even have a tax number as of yet.

Admins and mods are volunteers. Contractors might be those like Noble which gets paid to make a site etc.
