All you have to do is create the SWEP Radio and have it so that when you press the voice button it'll hold it up. This also opens the door for making voice radios a bit more dynamic. For example, someone could make you actually drop your radio and they can take it, disallowing you to use it but enabling them to take it and then listen and/or communicate on the same frequency. If it was a Corleone group frequency, they would be able to hear conversations through it. Same with the government radio, though I believe that should come with a built-in encryption and even possibly something that changes the frequency every few minutes. However all this should be something added in the event we have a Voice Radio, which hopefully will come soon enough.

+support, but the police already have a radio attached to their uniform, so perhaps have them use those instead of a separate hand radio.
