I was just about to say, perhaps for now, as it is made with the intention of aiding new players, it should do a scan to check if that player is still new?
What if it also checked for keywords like 'suggestion for' 'why' 'description' so that it could automatically respond with a link to the suggestion template?

The fact that people have not read my previous post, here again:

The bot no longer responds to Suggestions and Bug-Reports. It still respond to Player Reports, Unban Requests and Unblacklist Requests.
Soon (in a few hrs) the bot will send an alert to tagged steam-id's in Player Reports, Unban Requests and Unblacklist Requests.

The bot should in fact respond to Bug Reports and simply tag the Developers so it can be noticed
