My main point is that I did not have my gun out. I did not know that Bacoon was armed, and can agree that it could have been okay to kill him if he had a gun out. The difference is, I was standing there without a gun and you shot me for no reason. You can't just assume that I have a gun out and am working with the SWAT.

Furthermore, since when do chop shop owners have automatic assault rifles? If an owner of a run-down chop shop has any firearm at all, it would be something like a glock.

Another point is that you weren't even RPing as a proper chop shop. The point of having one is so you can sell the cars. Neither of you would even make a negotiation on getting my car back, and you hardly even have an RP set up, and IMO it is just bait to get people there so you can kill them with your automatic rifles.

All in all:
-Trigger happy. Look at me before you fire at someone who is unarmed.
-FailRP. A basic chop shop wouldn't have 2 heavily armed individuals.
-FailRP again. I tried to work out a price but neither of you would even negotiate.

Do I think a ban for this is a bit harsh? Sure, but I think that a weapons blacklist is definitely reasonable for being trigger-happy and shooting at anyone you see, especially since you both have priors having to do with RDM/weapons.

May I just point out that if we have the technology to steal a Ferrari 458, looking at it from a IRL POV you would need atleast a lockpick, some sort of alarm jammer, and some type of tracker remover. With that type of tech, it will cost some type of cash.  Moreover now to the fact that you said we were not role-playing the chop shop. WE adverted for a Ferrari for sale once we felt that the search for the car had died out. As what most IRL Thieves would do.  
Now to the fact that you witnessed me shoot a cop down, you would probably go tell some other cop what happened and we would have the whole police force at out doorstep. For our safety I had to kill you. Also don't forget that IC we don't know if you were armed or not. Baccon was, but that was only because we walked in on him equipping guns.

     I'm just clarifying things and not trying to add fuel to the fire.

I did not use the job change as a way to gain an advantage, I planned on doing a future RP as a criminal after we sorted out this situation. Had I equipped a gun after and attacked you, yes, it would have been powergaming, but I did not change it to attack you or gain some sort of advantage/ability that I would not have as a citizen.
