We have been considering that option for a while. RE: Map Vote! - Nacreas - Jan 1, 2019 V17X. Combines what's good from both V2D and V33X. RE: Map Vote! - Noble - Jan 6, 2019 Super late posting this since I forgot all about it when I first saw it a few months ago. Ranox City is a modification of Suncity_v2a. It does have a roleplay community's logo/names on the map in a few spots but I could easily create world props that could cover them and allow renaming to whatever we'd like. This would be fine as the server that used to use it is no longer running. I'm unsure how it handles as far as optimization for the server so that would need to be tested. Map has a similar layout/setup as that of an Evocity map. Workshop Link ![]() ![]() ![]() Issues: Traffic lights don't function however there are only 2 sets in the main part of town. Features:

Overall the whole map is just meh, it has some nice bits but not enough to make me wana play on a RP_Florida clone, a map that I already didnt like in the first place. The fact that the layout is similar to Evocity and the paintings the map has in "Sports Bar" are from GTA5 and put on backwards is a deal-breaker for me. RE: Map Vote! - Temar - Jan 7, 2019 he mentions a new map soon (post like 3 months ago) suncity v3 which is larger and optimised RE: Map Vote! - Druggo - Jan 7, 2019 Its so hard for me right now i love V5p so much man but i also dont mind TrueNorth i just feel like its too big and too many roads ect then there is V17 which i dont know much about RE: Map Vote! - Markus - Jan 7, 2019 (Jan 7, 2019, 11:29 AM)Druggo Wrote: Its so hard for me right now i love V5p so much man but i also dont mind TrueNorth i just feel like its too big and too many roads ect then there is V17 which i dont know much about Wait for the map trial cycle to end then make your choice. Take a good look at each map before you articulate your thoughts though. RE: Map Vote! - The Creator - Jan 7, 2019 I highly suggest that you do not go for V5P. With the limited number of Mainstreet shops, and the fact that Mainstreet itself is quite bare (compared to other Evocity maps), It is a real issue for a lot of roleplays (of which are not on Mainstreet) to be noticed. As well as the fact that V5P is so big in itself that the player interaction is minimal. Honestly based on what I saw in truenorth, the "lack of mainstreet shops" of which V5P has lots, wont be an issue. Truenorth had almost 10 crammed into one small area and it hardly ever got used. One crime is committed and half the street gets shut down, compared to on V5P where the shops are more spread out, one crime does not shut them all down. As well as the fact that V5P is so big in itself that the player interaction is minimal. The Truenorth shops rarely ever got used because of 2 reasons: 1. Limelight never was really into using pre-made shops, no matter what kind. This was easily noticable on v33x, v4b1, Rockford. 2. People (like you and I both) were afraid to make dupes for them (for an example see Armard's or Forceghost's gunstores on Rockford) because they would lose it, should the map not be chosen. I believe that should we decide on a map, they will become more utilized in regards to both dupes and map-location-specific roleplay scenarios. RE: Map Vote! - pufitee - Jan 22, 2019 do we vote here? if so v5p bc it has v big mainstreet for speeding down also has good shops. also has the backstreet and slums area which is good for many rps i have in mind. also with the outercity industrial area (the place with the canal) its a amazing place to get creative with (non sexual), farms and mtl and villas are good. the only bad bit is that the hill but i guess its ur own fault if you go speeding down that shit and crash. this is my map review of v5p hope it helps bc im always right k bye RE: Map Vote! - Doctor Internet - Jan 22, 2019 No. You do it ingame.
