Balance Property - Ricky LaFleur - Jun 19, 2018

Description: Make the houses in Richard Drive and Beach more expensive, but also add an alarm system + lockpicks take longer to get through. Make the Mesa apartments and Fiddlers Green have quick lockpick doors and no alarms. 

Why: At the moment, it is more beneficial for someone with 5mil+ to base in Mesa. Balancing this out makes it more realistic and encourages people to buy homes. Making people WANT to buy a house in Richard Drive will increase estate agent RP as well as updating the class system, as currently I am am seeing to many anarchists in Golf's basing in, IRL price, $400,000 homes.

Not needed. We should have a fully developed property system before we start charging more for buying a house.
