Hello, I am George Edward Snowden, I am the director of operations at the CBI, this is our first news letter explaining everything you need to know.

Firstly, who we are;
The Central Bureau of Investigation is a civilian foreign intelligence service of the U.S. Government, tasked with gathering, proccesing, analyzing and evaluating the  national security information from around the world, primarily through the use of human intelligence.

How we came to be;
In the late 80s, the State of California created the FIA, after the new melemnium, Internal Affairs found the FIA guilty of many crimes in their EvoCity Sector, a small group of people broke away from the agency, and created the group NDA, this is the National Data Administration, they were respobisable for all data going in and out of the USA, they soon discovered an under ground network, how ever no agency was avalible at the time, and the crimes being committed was beyond police control. The CBI Was then formed.
Since then, NDA Shut down and merged with the CBI in 2011, they are now responsible data analysis.

Our mission;

We are the first to arrive to a crime scene, primarily to collect data, and make sure members of the public are safe. We also send field agents to investigate and or raid bases of illegal operations, we are installing NTx Security in most states, this links all devices such as cameras, traffic lights and gas stations so we can track criminals down.

And unlike other organizations such as the FIA we dont collect your data, companies like the FIA tap in to millions phones, and laptops and can keep tracking them for weeks on end, and this is bad, becuase the data keeps building up, and the more data the harder it is to filter anything.

How are we different? We use leads, by collecting data from known criminals we can pin point where other criminals most likely are using NTx. We can filter data and find patterns in criminals patterns. So much so that its hard for them to cover their tracks.

What have we done so far?: As many of you may heard, we recently gathered enough information about the FIA, and have stone cold evidence of them using chemical weapons, we also had their owner in custody and will be taken to court soon. Final words:

We are recruiting, and if you would like to join feel free to pm me or goto your local CBI HQ.

Thanks for reading.
- Director of Operations.
The CBI is now opening an Embassy in EvoCity.

Why? EvoCity is currently lacking a place for ambassadors from different countries.

What will the embassy be used for? The Embassy will allow for foreign government members to visit EvoCity and be protected. This Embassy will also have translators for people who are visiting the country, this will allow for help and guidance when staying in EvoCity.

Further more this embassy will be a safe haven those who are wanted by the FIA, gangs and or mafia groups, they will be kept alive and safe. This safe haven how ever will not protect US Citizens from US Government Forces, if you are wanted by police, we will hand you over to police custody, how ever we will gladly request a court case.

The CBI will not be using tax money for this, how ever funding will be required. The CBI will be using its base funding, money collected from services provided over the years, to do this.

Your safety is our priority.

That's all, I'm George Edward Snowden, director of operations, thanks for reading.
The last administration of EvoCity was attacked by two sets of 'terrorists', the first attack was by three armed men who had entered the Nexus Garage, the fire fight was taken into the jails, one alarm was raised. All 3 Gunmen were taken down, and the Secure 6 Team took no casualties. a paramedic was called and the suspects were detained. The second attack took place on the presidential vault floor. One Secure 6 Team member was hit but was later helped by a paramedic, due to the aggressive attack and the floor it took place, both attackers were killed on site. The Secure 6 Team was so successful both attacks happened with out a lock down.
