After Ted Cruz suffered a massive blow from losing the Indiana Primary.

CNN was the first to cover this; story is here: https://www.cnn.com/2016/05/03/politics/...drops-out/
Fuck. I'm mexican and this whole election is leaving a bad taste in my mouth
I mean it was obvious he was either going to drop or lose. He wouldn't have gotten first ballot at the convention any how.

I can honestly say I am glad Hillary has been stealing her convention now. Trump has no idea what the words 'foreign policy' mean.

You mean building a wall at the Mexican border and saying that you're gonna "bomb the shit out of ISIS" isn't foreign policy? He will be the best at foreign policy because he knows people and has the best people. I mean, he hasn't said much about his foreign policy but we know it'll be the best!

Oh and Hillary does? You've got to be kidding me.

Hillary Clinton should be tried for treason.

I'd suggest you ACTUALLY read Trump's Foreign policy speech, and not the watered down twisted version that your news source releases.

The political cartoons from this race are amazing.

Considering she has a history of being the Secretary of State which primary goal is foreign diplomacy, then yes, I do think she does. I also agree that she is a corrupt and horrible choice as an executive nominee.

I also don't watch the news, so yeah. I get my "news" about politics through Reuters and very rarely from CNN or ANY major news medium.

EDIT: Read(ing) that speech and I found something extremely worrying:

Quote:Our nuclear weapons arsenal – our ultimate deterrent – has been allowed to atrophy and is desperately in need of modernization and renewal.

Glad TRUMP thinks that nuclear weapons are the key to a better foreign policy. He must not be a treaty kind of guy.

Again, obviously your source of news worries me. Yes, Clinton was the Secretary of State, and one of the worst we've ever had, is that what you call good foreign diplomacy? Benghazi? Whitewater? What else more do I need to say..

Again, please do some research before you quote NPT.. which....

The treaty recognizes five states as nuclear-weapon states: the United StatesRussia, the United KingdomFrance, and China (also the five permanent members of the United Nations Security Council)

I think I need to explain my stance here:
1. I don't support Hillary whatsoever. She was a terrible SoS but she was at that position.
2. I don't understand your quote of the NFP. Are you supportive of nuclear arms use? Because I see no other use of modernizing our nuclear arms for any other reason but to use them.

EDIT: That video quote is amazing

You're saying she's a terrible SoS now? Make up your mind...

If you know anything about the NTP, you'd know that the basic bargain at the core of the NPT is sound: Countries with nuclear weapons will move towards disarmament; countries without nuclear weapons will not acquire them.

The 4 other countries WILL NOT disarm, and you think the U.S. will? You need to do a review of how negotiating works
I never said I thought she was a good SoS...

Secondly, you failed to answer my question. It's not about us disarming but "...modernizing..." which is what Trump said in that speech.
