Well, what concerns me, is that I wasn't the person who actually hit anyone, I was the
PASSENGER of the vehicle. After speaking to a few Administrators, they said they wouldn't give the passenger a blacklist.

I technically was taking it seriously, but in a way I found it rather funny that I was getting into trouble for me being the passenger.

The reason i punished you as well, is due to the fact I was watching both of you for some time, you we're baiting police, raming into vehicles, and generaly causeing a nuisance in your Lambo, you oddly leave this out of your UBL.
You then turned it over to your friend who proceeded to run down someone on purpose as they stood infront of the car, while you we're in the passenger seat, and rather than scold him, talk to him, or do anything in terms of abideing with our rules, you instead just started to laugh along with him as if you we're going around trolling people, up until i pulled you both aside.
I will update your BL reason to include your previous failRP while I was watching you prior and replace the hit and run.
Your time was also increased due to you not takeing the Admin sit seriously as you began to sing a song while we we're talking, I would advise takeing admin situations more seriously in the future as the second one i had with you not long after for a weapons blacklist for shooting someone on the ground, you said "I dont care"

Corgi was in a TS with us, and I wasn't the driver at all.
The reason why I left that out, was because I wasn't the person who drove the lamborghini.
James Hellfire had my lamborghini for a decent amount of time. The only time I took over was when I was James Hellfire couldnt get past the corleone ramp, and I also had it when we were repairing and refueling the car. Then I gave it back to james. Then we went to a police officer, he rammed it a bit, I gave him random verbal gibberish to the officer, yet I wasn't the person at all who had done anything against the matter, except from giggling.

If what you say is the case, then why as i'm watching you both drive, did you both get out, and swap seats just outside the city tunnel after failing to bait an officer by hitting his car, and yelling at him?
If you we're always the passenger, you would logicly have ended up in the drivers seat and it would have been YOU who ran the guy over, but this was not the case.
You we're the driver for the duration of the time I had been watching.
We switched the seats at the Gas Station in the city.

You swapped seats just outside the city before James ran over the guy.
Had you swapped prior in the city every single thing you had done prior would still have applied to you as the driver, every act of failRP, cop baiting, and general misuse of your vehicle.
Had you swapped prior in the city It would have gone from you as the driver, to the passenger, but then you swapped again outside the city, makeing you the driver again, but this was not the case as YOU we're not the one driving at the time of the hit and run.
You have yet to convince me your punishment should be removed or reduced because in every scenario you list, you are still at fault for various offences from before the driver swap.

We swapped seats just outside the Evocity General Store, in the middle of the road, maybe 2 mins before the incident happened, I was the guy driving when it happened and yes I regret doing it, even though we was all in TS at the time, and Corgi was being a bit of a [mind my french] twat. For the most part, from when we got in the car in Industrial, I was driving, although as he said, he took over when I went AFK for a few seconds, and as well as when we repaired and refueled it, shortly before all this happened.

We never encountered any police when I was driving. If you were indeed watching me, you're twisting the truth.
Your last two posts contridict eachother, as one claims no police we're encountered, and one claims they we're
The previous post before the other was meaning from the incident when we called them pigs, seconds before James ran Exorbitant over.
May I also add that James was the one who was driving.
Right, I am going to try make this a little clearer.
This is what I can remember.
It started when I asked James if he wanted to see what a Lamborghini is like, all the way into Industrial. I first told him that if you crash it, you owe me 10k. He agreed.
So he started to go around, telling me that the handling is OP. He turned around to Downtown Road, telling me he is going to try find the top-speed. I told him I've managed to get it to 136. He had a go, and he sped along Downtown Road. When we got to Abbey Road, he asked if he could go and do the the Corleone Jump. James got out of the vehicle, disarmed the weapons {I still had a P90, P250}, and James tried to do the jump. He failed, twice. I told him I should do it, because he will kill himself if he tries anymore. He agreed.
I managed to do the jump, and we started to go to the Gas Station from the Waterfront Way.{Note I was driving until we got to the Gas Station in EvoCity -- At that point no police were there, nor any vehicles to what I remember.
When we got to connectivity, we went to industrial and found Corgi dead, due to him {IC -- Her} tranquing me and making my character feel pain constantly, my character wanted payback and wanted to make sure she was dead so I wouldn't have to deal with the pain of what she might do again. We got back into the car, and headed to the City Gas Station.
When we was at City T unnel, James asked me if he could do some pursuits, I told him "You're driving though, I'm shit at driving" -- At that time I still had the firearms, so we technically had a reason to run for firearm carrying without a license.
As James and I have said, we ONLY switched sides at the gas station. Then we got to the junction where Nightingale Road is to your left, or carry on through Connectivity. We encountered a Police Tahoe, James called them 'Pigs'.
He drove off, James was pissing himself as the officer didn't give a shit and just drove off.
Then Corgi got in our path, james told him to move, he didnt so James ran him over.
That is when you picked us up.
What I personally believe at the moment, is that you have blacklisted ME for 'laughing like a stoner' (Your words)
I technically haven't done anything wrong.
It's either you have spectated us and got things wrong, or you are tampering with things.
It's an hour away, for a month behind my reasonings get no reply. Please could someone reply regarding this?
I would ultimately like to confirm this is how events went down, sorry for taking literally a month to reply but I've not seen this thread till now.
