Summary: Give us context and what rules they broke. I was walking around the city and he was cuffing people, when the people were cuffed he would start shooting them. When I said in OOC that I would make a BR on him he started hitting me with a ASP Batton and shooting me with his pistol. He also had his job as business man or something while he was a cop.

EDIT: Just rejoined the server and he instantly kills everyone while he is a gun dealer/anarchist, so might want to include mass RDM.

Just started a mass RDMing spree, he lost control over his emotions. I tried to make him leave the server as he'll regret this and fortunately it worked. Only proof that I managed to capture was the following videotape, where you can see two RDMs taking place:

A very unfortunate way of losing your anger, as I do think he will regret his actions later on.

EDIT: Starting to lose all hope on this guy, continues to speak about his regrets whereafter he starts killing everyone again.

I was the medic at the time, not sure what was going on but I healed him and he went to jail. Also, he had previously DCed to avoid arrest.
