Summary: I was a Police Officer. There was a rebel beating the road with a briefcase, so I asked him to come to me, he wouldn't comply, He was tased and put in handcuffs. The SWAT (Galaxer) (which was patrolling, and made a bullshit reason up on why he was on the sidewalk, I believe it was "i was talking to the president"), instantly told the president to demote me for random arresting and telling him to fuck off, which I did tell him to fuck off. So to retaliate, I told the president to demote him, which he hilariously enough, did. 
      Right after he got demoted, (woah the font and size changed but im going to ignore it) Galaxer went VP and targeted me within 10 seconds of him becoming the VP. (which he has been doing for the past few days when he gets demoted/doesn't get his way). And what a better way to piss me off and get a reason to demote me than say "go into the jail control room and stay there". So I was sitting there talking to the president, and he comes up and demotes me.

Rules broken really would only have been powergaming by going VP to demote me, and promptly going back to a police job.

In the next screenshot, you can see his sour attitude because of him insulting Nevy's intelligence by saying his common sense is failing, and also constantly calling me salty for me being demoted.

You used a failRP method to get me of my position: Saying to a president IC: "do /demote 841" is FailRP to the maximum.

After I became VP, I only wanted to settle my duty as VP by putting an active jail warden into the jail compartment.

He then proceeded with: VP doesn't control the police, only the sergeant. Well son, the VP orders you to do something, so you will have to.

After I gave you the order, I came across you and you were discussing my orders. I gave you a demotion for disobeying my order. You then proceeded to say you were talking OOC towards me, Well I was doing my duty as IC VP.

Related to Navy's questioning of his knowledge: I see no rulebreaking in this. As he is not an exception of the laws/rules. He may be a veteran but that doesn't give him a special position.

You are trying to act like a victim, while you're the complete cause.

For the past 3 days you're annoying me and now you got demoted, you took it to the PR because you're mad.

I would like to add these screenshots to this PR. On screenshot 1 you can see him saying: just do /demote <id> and I got demoted instantly.

On number 2 you can see he is provoking by calling me a kid and saying I probally demoted the Police Sergeant of his job to take it (He left the game).

I see only provocation of this guy to get his PR "valid"

Seeing as you mention my name here and that I am witness to the event(s) that unfolded I will give my account providing exerpts from my console:

1. You were patrolling / guarding the President as SWAT Sergeant outside of the Nexus. To be exact, you were standing on the sidewalk by the shops on mainstreet with your weapon lowered. 



From what I can tell you were involved in a series of demotions beforehand that involved manipulating the President who was fairly new to CityRP and because of this you were able to influence him to make decisions to demote people who you didn't like. 

You mention that he FailRP'ed by typing out a command and ID number in IC chat and yet you yourself did a similar thing? Funny how you only showed the text that supports your case.

The funny thing is that while you were trying to force the President to demote the Sergeant for doing his job, someone whispered (demote 844) and the President demoted you. You proceeded to switch your job to Vice President right after to get your idea of revenge where you forced the Sergeant to exit his current duties and proceed to the Jail to take on guard duties. To me, this seems both like FailRP and Powergaming.

Now to go on about my explanation that not every law needs to be listed, this is true. You don't need to make laws that fall under general rule of thumb laws, such as but not limited to: Reckless Driving, Running Red Lights, Running Stop Signs, Murder, Harrassment, Vandalism, etcetera. The Sergeant was stopping someone who was going around hitting buildings with a weapon and all he did was detain him while questioning him and because of this you, a SWAT Sergeant outside of the Nexus guarding the President, start to tell the President to demote him because he his apparently "abusing" his position when in reality he was merely doing his job and properly roleplaying.

Last but not least regarding this event you demoted Nickname after giving him orders and he began to question you OOC'ly. I doubt you even gave him time to move to the jails. (Terrence C. Walker radios in: I have demoted ted 'zodiac killer' cruz from Police Officer)

TL:DR - Bad karma, you got demoted after trying to get another person randomly demoted through influencing the President to make decisions that favored you. You were patrolling and not doing the duties you are supposed to do and thirdly you Powergamed to get revenge by forcing Nickname to the jails and demoting him shortly after. 

I don't have all the details because I wasn't government but as far as I can tell it you are the one in the red.

What made you target me specifically? 10 seconds after you went VP you gave me the orders. Nobody els, me. What made you pick me out of the crowd? Why were you so fast in demoting me, and then proceeding to go Police Sergeant shortly after without doing anything presidential or law related between the time you went VP and the time you left.

I was already awaiting your reply onto this situation, Nevy:

First of all:
1. I was not patrolling, I've went over to the President to discuss a matter related to the police enforcement. Since m'am was outside and not inside the Nexus and that I was the only SWAT member, I decided to move over towards her and talk with her.

You are claiming I was involved in a serie of demotions, I would like to see any valid evidence related to my contribution into them, since I've didn't got online for that long.

You mentioning I failRPed: I disagree, since everyone uses the ID number to represent a badge number of an officer. That's called RP. I didn't specify the command to be typed to demote a player like Nickname did:  "Just do /demote 811".

I would like to state that I had NOTHING to do with the demotion of the Sergeant, Also, I see some storymaking up stuff here, There was no sergeant at all involved into this PR. This shows me you do not know the situation at all, as you claim you do.

I did only complaind at the President to demote the officer for his abusive behavior towards me and the people. Yet the Pres decided otherwise to demote me (while given the commando by the officer).

Related to the guardance of the jail compartment: I anticipated on the couple of arrests made when I was the sergeant. I wanted to assign a jailwarden and this had nothing to do with my actions before: as stated that demotions have to be dealt with IC.

Secondly: claiming I abused a new player to CityRP is an insult in my opinion. You are stating that I manipulated him, meanwhile you and the others around did by giving him the command to demote. I wanted to deal with the situation IC to say demote the officer, yet he got the command on a paper slide and just copy-pasted.

You then proceeded to make fun of it in the OOC, with your abusive behavior. If you were this so called "veteran" then I wouldn't expect such behavior from someone with such a position into this community.

Third: You are stating that common laws are not to be stated at the rules. Well, tell me: Is street vandalism a reaosn to arrest? Also he didn't detained him to question, he detained him to request a warrant. He said he wanted ot arrest him for "street vandalism"

To include your comment: You weren't goverment, so half of the radio chatter didn't came across you, so you're making up random conclusions about me patrolling, while I talked with the President to meet her.

Yes you are acting desperate. No you're not the victim, You are one of the causer of this problem.

Pick you only from the crowd? At that time you and James Hellfire were the only 2 police officers. Hellfire went to appeal his complaint (as I spoke personally with him). That's the reason why I've picked you.

Due the new president and obstacles I came across into the communication with her, I decided to leave the job for Police Sergeant, because I couldn't get anything from the President related to laws or orders.

You proceeded to consistently pester the President to demote the VP for a good 2 minutes, until they finally did so. The command was:

As you can see, no reason was provided. To me, this looks like the President was simply following your orders to 'use /demote 831'. They did not know why they were doing this, hence a lack of reason.

Additionally, once you had persuaded the president to demote the VP and he too rejoined the government, you condemmned his actions:

You are requesting for Nickname - the player you were just trying to demote - to be demoted once more. This does nothing to support your claim that your motives for the orders given to Nicknamee were separate from the previous demotion.

Your demotion was for him 'Disobeying your orders'. You demoted the player by yourself without the President's permission, which contradicts your previous remark:

To conclude, there is an overwhelming amount of evidence to suggest that your motives were underhand in demoting Nicknamee. Many of your arguments have been proven to be wrong, and so I would like to remind you that lying in the courthouse is not tolerated.

You will receive a suspension from the President job for the frivolous use of demotion tools for 12 hours.
