Summary: Player built a ramp to get into a base as there was very little other way in. Not only this player was also Secret Service at the time and should not have even been there.

Zeyon and anyone else who was inside the base at this time will be able to confirm this...not that the player lasted long inside

I was there and can confirm his actions. I think he did it twice aswell I think.
