Apologies for the delayed conclusion on this PR. There is a lot of evidence to look through, however I've reached a verdict to approve it.

We can see that between the first mugging and when Cameron was called (after the second attempt) and where the video starts, there was at most a 12 minute interval between the two - possibly even less depending on Cameron's response time.
This conflicts with rule 16.3.
It is very clear that T0m and Constrictor are working together. To be nitpicky and say that you did not directly carry out the mugging is far-fetched, and opposes what we state in our disclaimer:
'We expect that you use your common sense and won't do questionable things or search for loopholes.'
I also don't like the fact that your jobs are set to 'Criminal - Thief', yet you're going around mugging people. The definition of thief is:
Quote:a person who steals another person's property, especially by stealth and without using force or threat of violence.
Your job did not accurately state what character you intended to roleplay; you were muggers - a violation of rule 9.1
Chicken Coup's throwing money was a little rough around the edges. In the future, if he were to do this, it should be RPd so that the muggers are aware of the situation and confusion might be avoided.
His action however was realistic in such a way as seen in this movie clip; it's valid way to try and evade the situation:

T0m's prop-blocking was admitted to by the accused party here ("I did not mess around with your dupe, that was T0m. But he didn't try too harm you, he was just protecting us from your prop-killing scheme as no admins were responding at that time."). The dupe clearly has a barrier which makes it very hard to accidentally walk into the ride's path.
Even if your intentions were not malicious, you have still broken rule 6.2 and 6.4.
Quote:6.4 - Do not build in areas you do not own unless an admin gives you permission.'
Someone else's dupe is an area which you do not own. You chose to deal with a OOC issue by dealing with it yourself, despite the fact that there were 3+ staff members on: a violation of rule 1.9.
The final mugging shown in the video has absolutely no reason from what I can see.
You were all talking OOC, and he runs and you decide to mug him; this is not appropriate in the slightest.
Telling him to use './/' for OOC when he's using insults in-character also appears to make Constrictor look like he's baiting Chicken Coup into breaking rule 5.6. Encouraging someone to break a rule is not something we tolerate here.
Due to the sheer amount of rulebreaks found in the evidence provided from players who have experience on the servers, bans reflecting the rulebreaks will be issued, with a weapons blacklist to follow thereafter.
