Everyone important loves either tea or coffee, preferably both. Our staff team love these beverages, the Prime Minister and Obama drink tea often, and SpaceX engineers and Elon Musk undoubtedly drink ungodly amounts of coffee.
This is the next step in a series of updates designed to enhance passive roleplay on our server. Making a cup of tea or coffee won't give you any real benefits other than quenching a tiny amount of hunger, and it won't make you more effective in combat, but it does support and enhance many roleplay opportunities. Chefs can sell coffee machines, and people can buy them for home, office, or business.
Rather than using a dull derma menu, the coffee machine is player interactive. First, you select your beverage using the 'Use' key. Then, insert a mug manually using your hands or the physgun. The machine is currently compatible with the three office mugs from cs_office. I'll add these to the LL spawnlist under food so that you can easily find them. Then, simply press 'Use' again, and it'll make you a delicious beverage! Drinks will spawn as food entities, not as items, so pressing 'Use' on them will cause you to drink them.
In order to prevent abuse to sate hunger, each cup costs $50. A tiny amount for RP, but enough to make spamming coffee a highly inefficient way to sate hunger. You can still use the coffee machine to prevent yourself from starving or even to fully sate hunger - there are no rules against it - but you're much better off using real food!

While this update is by no means anything major in comparison to the back-end work that's currently going on, I hope it'll help aid in lots of passive roleplay. In making this, I learnt some better ways and techniques to manage this kind of passive roleplay entity, so future updates should be even better.
