If you own it just Type /clan delete
It doesn't work.

Hmm, perhaps it was a little buggy, did you try Re-starting GMOD?
Nope. But I tried a long time ago too however the same results was there. I will retry in a moment after I write a few things out.
Confirmed:
I am still unable to remove the clan. Would be nice if it was removed.
