Hey there,

I've had a friend (I can provide the name/SteamID of my friend if needs be) donate for me in order to get donator. Rank got applied as norm, but here's the problem.

When I made my forum account, I synced my Steam account before all this happened. As a result, I don't think the system has picked up that I'm now supposed to be a donator and therefore I don't have my rank. My SteamID is STEAM_0:1:52497975 in case you need it.

This happened to me, just PM Burnett and he'll sort it for you.

This happened to me, just PM Burnett and he'll sort it for you.

 If this is true, any chance you could look into this for me please?

You could also try to link your steam account again, this fixed it for me when I had the same issue.

How would I do that?

It's a green button within the header of the page, above the buttons to navigate to the other sections

Try clicking the STEAM connected text and it will do the steam login again.

As said above, next to the search box. Click the STEAM connected text, and it may deal with it itself.

And I did, that's what I get.

Have you checked to ensure that the usergroup isnt available from this page?
