Summary: He was speeding with his taxi through town. I got my sirens on and tried to stop him right outside citytunnel when he fleed towards lake.
I tried to even pitmanouver him as I yelled stop the car, but he didn't. He pulled into hospital, where we got him out.
I handcuff him, he gets angry and walks into my policecar, and starts messing with my siren. We were two officers pointing guns at him, I asked him to get out of my car several times.

He was quite agressive and harrassing in OOC after this aswell, so might want to check that too.
