Attempt to calm them down first. If they refuse, I would ask them to leave the store. If they refuse and keep their manner of behavior I would warn them that they would be detained to await law enforcement if they did not leave. If they still refuse after that I would detain them and inform the police.

Why Should We accept you in the Security Sector?:
I have experience in this sector, I am enthusiastic about my work and I am good at following orders from my superiors.

Andrew attended the local school just on the outskirts of the city, he remained in school and at 18 joined the army. After serving 4 years in the army he left to care for his family and become closer to them, Andrew opened a small street food vending cart. Andrew made this change as his family was aging and become sick. At 23, his mother died of breast cancer and his dad thankfully overcame testicular cancer, however he later became a victim of an armed robbery in the bank, his father was shot and died. Andrew then joined the police force to keep this from happening to others, he then moved onto Cerberus international but he didn't do anything bar a minor 10 minute training session with one ranking individual. Andrew now looks for more challenges within his home city.[/font]

A civilian walks up to you inside a Ares Defense Systems Storefront and begins to scream out mature language and offensive slurs towards you. What do you do as a Security Officer for the Store?: Remaining calm is the key to this situation. In this situation I would take the following steps.

1. Quickly assess the threat to other customers/employees the individual is.

2. Remain calm and approach the individual in a calm and non-threatening/aggressive manner.

3. Ask him to calm down and to lower his voice.

4. Wait for a few seconds for him to calm down, if this does not happen ask him again two more times so you ask him a total of three times to calm down.

5. If the individual has not calmed down;

(a) Ask the individual to leave the store in a calm way.

(b) Tell the individual to leave the store in a slight aggressive but not completely confrontational manner

If the individual still refuses to leave the store, escort him and use any physical force required and that is needed in the situation but do not over-do it. Meanwhile a colleague is calling for local law enforcement or once the individual is out of the store I call local law enforcement.

Why Should We accept you in the Security Sector?: The intelligence provided from me during heated situations. The ability to provide a safe working environment for other employees in a store when a threat arises. The ability to adapt to quickly changing situations to ensure the safety of others around.

How do you respond?: Aye, well a few ways of improving your stability is to equip a F-Stock into your weapon as it has been said to improve handling by around 10%! I would also recommend using a grip has it can help improve recoil by around 15% which is a big difference for an AK-101.

Short Applicant Biography: Harry Enfield was born into a well-off family in mid-west London, however went to a public primary school. Much to the disapproval of his parents, he convinced them that he would be better off in a public secondary school with his friends, against their wishes for him to attend a private, paid school. Harry still received a decent education and left school with exemplar GCSEs and respectable A-Levels at the age of 18. Harry moved to NYC in America when he was 20 after spending 2 years working at his parents' furniture shop chain. Short Applicant Biography: Joe Wood was born in North-London to a average family, he went to a Private School but hated it. His parents were unsure whether to send him to an ordinary school or make him stay at the Private School, but after some persuasion, they let him go to an ordinary school. As it came to the time to switch to secondary school, Joe's parents didn't want to stay in North-London so they decided to move to Evo-City since the schools there had amazing reviews. The education that Joe received was at this school was as good as it was at the private school in North-London. He finished school at 18 with amazing results, he was very pleased with himself. Unfortunately, Joe went downhill, getting into gangs, stealing, mugging. He was sentenced to jail for two years. During his time in jail, he realised that he needs to turn his life around. After the two years was up, he decided to work in a clothing store at the Mainstreet in town, he also did part time as a weapon seller. After a year of these jobs, he got bored of the terrible wages so decided to use his results as a way to get into military work. After two years of relaxing, he decided it was time to get another job, to his excitement, there were lots for grabs.

I have some disappointing news to bring forth.

Although I have just created Ares Defense Systems and it has been getting quite popular among some players, I will be closing this clan. My reasons for this are for my belief that my schedule could fit in managing a clan, but I was wrong. I have recently applied for classes that will effect my schedule drastically, but I must be focused on these instead of a video game clan. I apologize to all the players who wished for an active clan and saw hope in this one.
