Ban Reason: Creating Dictator laws as President. Already given Final Warning on FailRP.
Why should you be unbanned?: First of all, I see how the laws could look fishy. They were in progress and not complete/edited.
Now, the main law in question is: Pregnant women are not allowed to work. Those who do will be sent to camp.
What I meant to put here was Class, not camp. The reason pregnant women aren't allowed to work is to protect the baby and it is fair to the woman.
Other laws in question: The trabant is banned because it is unroadworthy.
As it reads, the trabant is not roadworthy and too slow and causes traffic backups in busy times. It has a moped engine, not fit for road use.
Also: I was never messaged to change or delete the law.

If I am not mistaken he asked me why i am making dictator laws DURING the same admin sit that he banned me in, EVEN THOUGH i cleared them (Did I?) he still banned me.

You only cleared the laws when you were threatned with demotion, after been given 10 minutes to remove them.
Why did it take you 10 min to remove them? Conveniently right as he was about to ban you.
First of all, I cannot read minds. I did not know that he was about to ban me. I think soviet can agree that we do not have a telepathic link.
I dont recall why i didnt instantly clearlaws. Possibly didn't see the pm or something. What counts is that i TOLD him (please verify) that i cleared the laws and was still banned, not demoted like he said or blacklisted/warned
Also, he said he would demote and he banned. Prob a simple mistake but please explain

Ok, so from my opinion as a player not a moderator, you deserve this ban. I understand you may be frustrated that I didn't tell you to change the laws DIRECTLY. [font=Arial]I am baffled that I had to confront you about your laws of vehicle bans and pregnant woman forced labor (as in the mines) which were obviously dictator worthy and you had the audacity to argue your case, and even harassing me afterwards with a Steam Gift obviously made to "get my rustles jimmied".[/font]

Conclusion
As I stated before I will not be supporting an un-ban due to Knox's actions as an experienced member of the community. The evidence shown can support my point of banning this player due to his FailRP rule breakage by using Dictator Laws as the President. Knox needs to understand that this time was set based on his time with us, his FailRP record, and the player's "experience" in the LL rules.
Closing Notes
Although I do believe the Venom Administrative Abuse case was at best "goofy", it has not effected my actions in this case. Do understand that I am a neutral piece in this operation which has been laid before me.

I changed my mind after remembering the Perm Warning I gave you for FailRP. I stated this before issuing the ban I believe by VOIP. Sadly my MIC was not working at the moment, so you may have not have had the warning of the change.

Blackdog even told you to stop putting out laws that made it harder for the government to function. In fact, he told you no more than fifty. There are already sixty here. There would've been more if Soviet hadn't decided to stop you at that instant, NOT TO MENTION that he already issued you a final warning FOR FailRP prior to his issuing of the ban.

I'm here with Toxic on this one. You weren't doing your job by putting up completely bogus laws. Then to act as if they we're all a mistake is just plain irresponsible and childish. Especially the Vultures one, after our RP was done.

The warranting of a ban was not just due to your laws, it was the fact that I had to argue with you for 10 minutes before you decided to fix them after threatened with demotion. You are a experienced player and are expected to be an example of our community, a sort of leader for new players. Errors at your experience level are not usually expected, but you somehow have accumulated several FailRP bans and a warning(from myself).
