Hope you enjoy your laptop, Waffle.

I'm actually in the market for a semi-cheap laptop for school and slight gaming, lol.

If you've got the budget, I'd recommend checking out ASUS and their Republic of Gaming laptops.

I've got an old refurb I nabbed for $1000 ($600 off!) back in late 2013, I know 7 other people with other RoG models (newer and older versions of mine) and they are all happy with them. They range in price from around $1000 to like $2500, and even the cheap end of the range will get you an i7 and like a 960M. Also they have like a year warranty on 'em, so unless you abuse it (visible wear from like firction or other obvious signs of abuse) you're covered from any unusual problems for a year.

I'll be sure to look into it.
