Name of Player: FXA™

SteamID: STEAM_0:1:65938093

Server: v33x

Time: Around 19:10 to 19:25 (GMT +1)

Summary: Someone stood in the middle of the road and jumped in front of my car, i drove forward in around 2 MPH speed. He got injured. Around 3 minutes later while driving by, FXA tells me to stop. He handcuffs me and says i am being arrested for murder. He then proceeds to force me and another mysterious man into his car. He then rides around speeding, drifting and later playing loud music, screaming "WOOOH" and "fuck you" to officers. It ruined a big part of my RP session and really upset me. It was straight up FailRP and imo, he should recieve a punishment. You can see the whole thing in the video. He has 60+ hours. It was obvious minging and failure to roleplay realistically.

Evidence: Video: https://youtu.be/RzQOsY234E4
The situation happened as follows:

A person was crossing the road and, whether intentional or not, they were Injured and laid in the middle of the road. You got out of your car and called the paramedics before leaving the scene. This classified as a Hit and Run, which I did report to the police. You came driving back towards the scene when an officer, FXA, was on scene. When you got out of your vehicle to explain, he proceeded to handcuff you and place you in the back of the vehicle where I already had been placed after taking a picture of the officer doing things that would classify as misconduct and likely lead to him being demoted.

I would classify this as a form of corruption and misconduct, but would agree that at a certain point it did start to become FailRP, starting where he began to play loud music and drive in circles. Not to say that I wasn't having a good laugh and enjoying it, I can understand where you are coming from.

Point being is that after all this occurred, he received his IC punishment which was being demoted.

While I think what he did then was minor, he did happen to break FearRP in the following minutes when I brought him back into an alley. Screenshots provided are self explanatory.

Still, the driving around, drifting, screaming "woooh", listening to loud music while doing it, endangering cop's lives and telling them to fuck off, it's not an IC thing. That's straight up unrealistic bullcrap. It shouldn't happen IRL and wouldn't happen IRL. Therefore it shouldn't happen on LL.
Approved.

Closing Notes: Player was indeed FailRP-ing. Whilst it was dealt with In-Character, this is not the first time that the player in question has violated this rule; therefore a more severe punishment will be issued.

Nevy's screenshots also show the player to break rule 2.1 and 2.1d; again, this has been an issue before.

To sum up, the player will receive a 3 month suspension from the servers and a further blacklist on the police and weapons entities.
