Summary: Player broke fear RP on multiple ocassions, he had the full police force chase him through the city for around ten minutes, he had constant chances and did not abide by any of the demands, I eventually had had enough explaining and started recording, note the first 15 seconds is blank, then the video cuts out eventually also.
