Summary: HqRewix was being chased by an officer (Steelixian) and told to stop, had a gun pointed at him but didnt stop. It is a little bit unclear if he was chasing HqRewix in the video, but he was. (Steelixian even PM'd me after this report that the HqRewix RDM'd him while HqRewix had a shotgun pointed at him.).

I saw the RDM, he did with the blackjack. He then again RDM'ed when Steelixian was talking to me about a stolen chocolate. TheDevil and HqRewix killed him with bats.

Closing notes: Player was found guilty of Rule 2.1 (a and c).
