Summary: Insulting/disrespecting players in ooc, then proceeding to randomly shoot and kill players.

Saw it all, witness dont warn.
Ended up with me killing him after attacking my mate, he then left.

Involved, in the picture you can see him disrespecting me OOC'ly. He also RDM'd me twice and attempted to RDM me once.
ALSO, he disconnected after doing all of this,

Closing notes: Player was found to be breaking rules 1.4 (Do not insult players or staff in Out-Of-Character chats.) and 4.1 (Do not kill people randomly (RDM); only kill with a valid roleplay reason.).

Suspension from OOC chat and weapons will be applied for 12 and 8 hours respectively, as well as a 2 hour blacklist from the Police job.
