Lost Boy can confirm this, hes the victim
After a little investigating, I am seeing that GOD SAVE THE PISS only knocked out The Lost Boy and for a short period. I do not see a confirmed death.
Evidence only shows that PISS knocked out the player.
I'm afraid that the video doesn't show enough context and weather or not he had a valid RP reason to knock out the "victim".
Because the audio is so low, it's hard to say if the "victim" provoked PISS in character or not.
Unless you have a complete clip, I'm afraid that this doesn't count as valid evidence to prove that the accused player did in fact break the rules.
Involved, I'm lost boy. Yes, the guy started beating me for no reason and killed me.
I was injured by his baton.
Did he kill you or did he just knock you unconscious with the baton? What did you say to him prior of the beating?

He completely killed me. Beat me to death, stunning me with tazer a couple times aswell. I said nothing.
User had been contacted about this BR a few days ago and has failed to post anything in his defence.
A weapon blacklist has been issued for excessive force.
