Here stands Dr. Tom "Sour" Barzinio, Member of FUMUKU International and Owner of the Operation Wolfpack.

So... Right about now my prison sentence is going to be over. I think it's a bit odd as it's only been 5 minutes before I even got the sentence. 3. 2. 1. Now.

Detailed Description
When you look at Tom, You see a respectable, kind and handsome man. His hair cut shines with shiny coins enrolling that he is posh and his eyes are coloured with deep dark blue sapphires with his beard out but not like a Dumbledore beard; Tom's Beard just right for the lucky woman that might come into his life.

His suit is filled with gloss as if it has been shined to see your own reflection, but suitable for respectful appearances to meetings with "High up" people. His shirt brightly coloured with snow white as if it has been never worn before with any creases in the shirt itself.
His top button not done on purpose so that people can talk to him as a friend rather than an actual business person, but the people who he has business with still looking good for the job in hand. His cuffs on the ends of his shirt are as sharp as knives and they are pure white like the rest of his shirt.

Tom's belt is black which separates the Shirt and the pants from each other, easy to see and open; His silver part of his buckle shining in the sun like a mirror. His Shoes shone with brightness from the sun as they are very polished and are respectable to all around him.

Back story
Tom Barzinio was a child born in Great Britain in the North West of the United Kingdom in a place called Bolton. Once he had grown of age Tomwent to join the Police Force, doing so allowed him to protect the city that he loved and so much more. Once he had joined the Force he had been moved up to the rank of Corporal. Obtaining Corporal, he was mainly doing office work. He didn't mind doing so but it gave him short hours and less time helping the UK.

Later on in life, Tom was finally able to get promoted to Sergeant however, for Tom to be promoted he had to move onto a difference city called Evo-City. With this Tom accepted this and drove and sailed towards Evo-City. Along time after the promotion and moving, Tom was tempted to leave the force until a man named Ronald "Blackdog" Lynch came and spoke to him. He spoke about how the world could become a better place in a company called FUMUKU International. Tom Sounded interested in this International Company. Later on in life, Tom "Sours" Barzinio became very well trained from FUMUKU and is now a great representative and Classification of FUMUKU International. A little more than a month ago, Tom Barzinio created a group called "Operation Wolfpack" which is now becoming well known in Evo-City.

Attitude upon the President
Tom likes Presidents that know how they do their job. He loves to have chats on strategic advances upon the places that need to be inspected or searched upon. The Presidents that deny him things such as Government Contracts and deny access to the Nexus Garage, Floors and Jails, he tends to dislike as they don't do or want what is right for Evo-City.

Attitude upon Government Units (SRU and Police)
No matter what the President says Tom tends to support the Police and SRU units as they know better than the President. They know what is right for the city as they are the ones that actually protect it. Tomis friendly towards the government units as they do jobs that he enjoys. If the Government unit disrespects Tom he contracts the President to sort the unit out.

Attitude upon Government Emergency Services (EC:FD and EC:HD)
Bane thinks that the Paramedics are useless; they hardly come when they are requested by citizens or even the government for that case. A lot of the Paramedics drive around with each other and just turn on the radio and listen to music, while dunking doughnuts into cups of coffee and watch you die in front of them. As for the Firemen and Women they are useless also. You get the odd occasion where a fireman will break in saying "I HEARD FIRE!" and then you just send them out or even they are just taken hostage and they pay you for the door and for them to escape.

Attitude upon Firearm Sellers
Tom's attitude towards Gun dealers is that they are alright. He is accepted but declining them as they sell weapons to illegal people such as the Rebellion units and the Corleone Mafia. They sell the weapons for good prices and Tom still wonders where the heck these weapons and ammo comes from… especially in shops that are really small with no visible way of stuff.

Attitude upon the Black Market
Tom's attitude towards the black market is that he doesn't accept it. His things that the black market is a destructive use however for government officials I believe it should be acceptable.

Companies (Clans and Groups)
Tom is part of FUMUKU international. FUMUKU international is an amazing company which Tom enjoys. He has seen friends come and go though FUMUKU. Later on Tom created a company called "Operation Wolfpack". Operation Wolfpack is a company created by Tom quite a while ago. He seems to believe that without his friends that he had made, Operation Wolfpack would not be what it is today.

Recent Activities
When Tom had lefted FUMUKU for a timely break, he had return to his old job in the British Intelligence Agency to keep the gain of him living with money. He had then been asked by the British Agency to return to Evocity with littler money than he use to have. Now he strives alone looking for salvation in the City we know and love as, Evocity.
