We gave you every single piece of technology you have.
Pfff you didn't give us shit, only thing you gave us were taxes. For that we gave you bullets and chased you out!!
P.S. Your tea is still in the harbor.
(<3)
Not really...
I mean the americans for the majority of the revolution were fucked, The way you won was down to the fact of the help of the French and the Spanish. We gave taxes to pay fees for things like importing supplies and paying soldiers for security so really despite it being high, The British were horrible but seriously this whole we're better than bullshit about you winning the revolutionary war was down to the support of the French and Spanish who gave hell in the south and north but nonetheless you won the war that was and our tea is being sipped on. If I've got something wrong I'll gladly say I may something wrong etc but I hate this whole nonsense where America's never taught the shit they did after the war.
Anyway's think of this man when you guys wake up
The cunt responsible.
Well good sir,
It's evident that the help of France and Spain were very helpful of course, they gave us guns and supplies to fight off them redcoats. However, that still does not dissolve the fact that we still chased you off. Us, and the French and Spanish, who we also later chased off are like a giant triangle of kickass.
Also, just thought I'd put this here too <3
(In all seriousness though, US and British language are just meh for me. I speak what I want to speak fuck it if it's not how you guys like it. Also just want to also add lets not let this escalate much further than it already has please, not that it hasn't already but.. I'm sure you lot get the point. Also addressing this message to everyone that wants to post, I just found this thread like an hour ago and this may be too late already but just take it easy british/americans. I think we can all agree that we hate North Korea.)

Why a picture of Andrew Jackson? He was one of the worst Presidents in U.S. history. I know this painting of him is just amazing but why him?
Also, the Spanish did absolutely nothing to help the U.S. The French had a fleet in Saint Domingue, modern day Haiti, and sailed it up to the Chesapeake bay, blockading Cornwallis in Yorktown where he undoubtably surrendered. And yes, without the French help he probably would've safely retreated onto the mildly powerful English fleet tracked out in the Atlantic, but in all fairness, the U.S. won the Revolution mainly because the English made some grave mistakes strategically (such as the fact that they split their army up allowing Washington to obliterate one half of it because the other half thought it was a good idea to take New York, which it was).
Also just saying that you gave us every bit of technology we have is just, cringeworthy. The U.S. spends 10x more on her military than any other country combined. Maybe the U.K. were more powerful than us at one point, but that was only because of all of the territories they had control of, i.e., India, Canada, Australia, parts of the Crimea, etc. But now it's definitely safe to say that the U.S. is more powerful diplomatically and militarily than the U.K.

Indeed, the US is more powerful but remember you have 300 million citizens compared to our 60 million and your country is 40x bigger than the UK. Of course you're going to be able to spend more on technological research as well as your military. Just remember that the UK, at the size it is, managed to conquer a quarter of the world's land mass and control a quarter of the world's population. That is incredibly impressive and something the US will never be able to match.
The UK, as well as the US, have also made numerous contributions to modern day technology, medicine, and politics, among other things. Take a look here:
https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/science...-list.html and here:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_En...iscoveries (English only) for a list of some of them.
If the UK was the size of the US, I honestly think we'd still have our empire.

Most definitely, although I was just replying to someone saying that every technology we have came from the U.K., when in reality, nearly none of it has.
Can't we all just get along?

What are you a Communist?
All said and done, I am proud to be able to play with people from all nations and share in a similar experience. Just thinking of our RPs on this community, with people from across the globe, it is mind-boggling. It doesn't matter where you are when it is all said and done.

When I stated that I meant the technology that started you off, e.g. We built the first factories for you, we brought over trains etc.
