 Scaletta's a scumbag, through and through. He's a small-time druglord who thinks himself king of the city. He hires local muscle through known thugs, ex-cons and junkies in the city and throws a few careless bribes here and there. He's muscled the Bonazzis out of a growing plant in the Industrial Estate and needs to be put in his place - six feet under the muck. He operates a fake business to slip past the Nexus' thin line of red tape, posing as a manufacturer of stationary equipment. Scaletta knows the hit is coming so expect him to be protected, but don't expect much as his lackeys tend to lack brains. The guy's a daylight robber; he advertises employment to get people to come to him for his 'work' - which consists typically of boosting cars, smuggling plants and the occasional extortion. There's rumours of him going against the commission and slinging his shit to kiddie-dealers in the middle schools; this guy needs to disappear. You'll be able to get to him through posing as a potential 'employee' or buyer, but kit yourself up for a fight with his goons.
