Why should you be unblacklisted?: This is the second time happens to me by [font='Lucida Sans Unicode', 'Lucida Grande', sans-serif][L²] General Rickets blacklist[/font]
One of them was for "Invaild Reason to kill" i was standing on a bus stop just got shot about 5times then i ran to my car i went in tried to drive away been shoot again by corleones i backshotted one of them and killed then [font='Lucida Sans Unicode', 'Lucida Grande', sans-serif][L²] General Rickets came and said he saw it "ALL" and blacklisted me. so now i've been blacklisted from OOC chat saying to my friend a "NOB" meaning of this has alot of results as i found out.[/font]

I can defend the state of your OOC Blacklist. You did indeed call your friend a "nob" however your defense is that you do not consider it offensive, especially since it was to your friend. The problem there is that the word "nob" is considered offensive as your are questioning the players intelligence. Also the rule clearly states that all insulting in OOC may be a reason for a punishment. You need to understand that just because he is your friend does not make it ok.

Well the first one is 100% a blacklist. Even temar agreed.

As for the second one, who crashed into you?

"Nob" Has a few meaning as i said but i gotta add the blacklist weapons by general rickets were false as he said " I've seen the whole situation and you had invaild reason to kill" or something simillar to that first i was stopping at a bus stop like 35eet away from the gunshots.. looking whats going on near my car, i went out they saw im a "MASKED" + non goverment vehicle. and keept shooting at me several times then i went in my car fast SRU went behind it and i been shot "that was not the main reason for killing him" the reason was for shooting me randomly at bus stop and general rickets didnt listen and Blacklisted me you can see logs can confirm my story
