The clan itself also has so little information and background detail, that I will not be granting a forum while it remains in such a condition

I understand the member thing, but I dont want people to know anything about my clan before you have interacted with me. But if tis a requirement i guess I have too?

If a clan is not detailed, showing their RP, who they are etc.

Then we have no idea if the clan even meets the basic requirements of RP to be able to get a forum.

I can tell you personally in steam chat on forum PM, but I would rather not share hidden information that is supposed to be kept secret for the purpose of this clan on a public forum, that ruins the whole idea.

If you dont wish to have a publicly available clan page, then i would recomend being a RP Group instead of a clan, clans are for groups of people who show who they are, what they do, and how to join.

If you wish to be 100% secretive about your clan in itself, then you may wish to list it as RP Group.
