What is clearly to see in the video that he runs away from me while i was totaly pointing a tazer on him he contines to run away
than at the big garage i tazed him and gave him a chance to go back in his cells you can even hear me saying:"i would like that you go back"
he contines to run away than on the street when i tazed him again i warned him i recorded that and screenshoted that AFTER I SAID IT HE THAN LISTENS TO ME.
