Now that we've officially gotten down to business, let's take a look at all the events over the settling in of the EC:SE.
From paramilitary engagements to corporate warfare, we'll be covering it.
It's been a busy few weeks since the last issue, including clan closure, major fiscal haemorrhage  and stock market malfunctions, we certainly have a lot to talk about in this issue.

AERIS - AERIS shareholders have confirmed a disappointment in the organisation. It seems that they have fallen a bit under the radar, and their paramilitary activity is currently rare to see. However, they continue to impress clients such as partner CEO Eisenfaust of PBNK, who had the this to say:
"Peacekeepers are all well and good, but AERIS are not the UN. They are not police, they are not diplomats, they are combative operatives who never fail to clear a contract."
Regardless, AERIS has seen multiple conflicts in the public eye, including the arrest of an ARES Column within the metropolitan district and a 1 hour stand-off with government forces post to capturing a Liberal, anti-PMC President. AERI shares are currently seeing an exponential decay due to a lack of operations within the sector, and one can only imagine it's eager operatives are getting restless.

Cerebrus International - Cerebrus never seem to disappoint; new bases, new outposts, new operatives, new recruitment drives: Cerebrus have been seen all over, and welcomed by most. The British Foreign Office has encouraged their citizens to seek refuge in Cerebrus outposts in the event of social unrest, they seem to actively target terrorist and militia forces and constantly have troops ready to defend not the government of EvoCity, but seemingly the people. For the first time in quite a while, we are seeing what seems to be a left to centre Private Military Company, in contrast to their adversaries AERIS who seem to display themselves as a strictly right-wing organisation. Whatever the case, Cerebrus have toppled dictators, crushed militias and apprehended heisters. With Cerebrus now opening a communication circle for major shareholders, if you are able to purchase Cerebrus shares cheap, it's a good bet you'll make a healthy return.

Cobra Military Organisation - Sunk! CMO goes down under and leaves shareholders drastically out of pocket with little to no warning! According to the NMIC, around 600k in shares were lost to Johann Von Wolf, leader of the dissolved Cobra Military Organisation. With major losses sustained by AERIS , Praetorian Banking and private investors, it's thought that quite a bounty has been placed on Von Wolf's head. But for Cobra, what seems to have been a rag-tag militia of trigger-happy brutes is no more. Shares are no longer available for trade.

Designing Tomorrow - Unfortunately, D.T seems to have been very quiet in the past few weeks. Asides from an announcement of construction on a new NMIC Headquarters and rumours of contract negotiations with PBNK, Designing Tomorrow have not made themselves seen around EvoCity or Rockford county. It's advised, though, to keep an eye on D.T shares as if rumours of a PBNK contract comes to fruition, D.T activity and value will skyrocket, with shares following suite.

FUMUKU International - FUMUKU, as seems to be the norm, have been keeping their business very, very under wraps. Occasionally, Munitions, Medical and Equipment officers are seen to be trading surplus supplies within EvoCity but paramilitary activity has not been seen at all. They have, however, announced completion of a trading floor construction within district v33x of EvoCity. Unfortunately, we are yet to see this floor be put into proper, public action. FUMUKU shares have rare been seen to shoot in value, though as this article is being risen, it is seeing an increase. Very unusual indeed!

Her Majesty's Foreign Office - Shaken, not stirred! The British Foreign Office certainly seems to have been shaken as a result of gang-like activities by the dissolved Cobra Military Organisation, whom they condemned as a violent militia and urged all British Citizens to avoid travelling to EvoCity, and for any within the metropolitan/country area to avoid all affiliated with CMO. They have also warned that a terror organisation known as the Red/Black Hand operating within the area is highly malignant and actively hostile to both US and UK citizens. Now, exercising safety first seems to have had a negative impact on HMFO shares, with decay being seen and little increase being observed. Once the Foreign Office declares an all clear, however, shares are expected to rise once more.

National Monetary Investment Corp. - Uh oh! The NMIC has not had a very strong few weeks, with them seeing glitches in the market value graph which panicked traders beyond belief and on-going threats of lawsuits from PBNK regarding damages via. libel, the NMIC seem to be making very few friends and are struggling to prove themselves reliable. They are determined to overcome this speed bump, however, and have contracted Designing Tomorrow to construct a larger, certainly sleeker base of operations from which to host their trading and administrative activities within EvoCity, specifically the v33x district. It's almost guaranteed that an announcement on the EC:SE news feed will follow the establishment of their new HQ, and so NMIC shares are expected to see an exponential increase in a very predictable near future.

Praetorian Banking -Praetorian Banking have seldom been seen in the recent past, leaving shareholders and account holders alike wondering:
"Where is my money?"
Little communication has been had from PBNK towards it's clients, and shareholders are worried that a newly established J.D Morgan are planning to muscle their way in to the stock market and dominate the banking sector. Rumour has it, however, that PBNK are in talks with Designing Tomorrow regarding an audacious build of a 'Mega-Bank' within the metropolitan city limits! If such rumours come to fruition, shares are sure to leap to great heights! These, however, are only rumours and investing in PBNK in such a quiet period is a very big risk, especially post to their monumental loss of approximately $192,000 on CMO shares.

Unity International - As expected, Unity International has not been seen operating at all within EvoCity. Despite maintaining their presence on the stock exchange, it would appear that public domains for the company have ceased to exist. Nothing much to say other than if you are an investor in UNIT, pack up and call it a day I'm afraid.
