The 3K is a Triad group based in San Francisco but is is active internationally. It is the largest triad group in America with over 75,000 members. It is responsible for trafficking drugs such as heroin & cocaine around the whole world. Another example of narcotics they traffic is marijuana, hash & methamphetamine. This is their most common source of income and it makes them the majority of their money, but they are also involved in extortion, prostitution, human trafficking, arms trafficking, illegal gambling, loan sharking, counterfeiting, murder, robberies & money laundering. They run big drug farms located out in the countryside, making it hard for the police to find it. The Triad group is also known for a major setback that happened in 2013 when over 25 clan members were arrested due to an informant ratting out the location of a drug laboratory in San Francisco. The 3K Triad was founded by three Kuang family members, hence the name 3K (The Three Kuang). It has a very strict structure that is built on respect. If a normal member, a Say Gou Zai, shall disrespect anyone that is in a higher position than himself, the member will be forced to do very unpleasant things.
All members of the 3K Triad must always follow the 36 oaths. Under an initiation ceremony, the initiate is required to read all the 36 oaths out loud.
