All the evidence shows is you being handcuffed, do you have any other evidence?

I do not, it's the only screenshot I have. But as you can see in the chat he blackmailed me by saying that if I don't give food or money he would arrest me again. I'm pretty positive this isn't against a specific rule but it certainly isn't right, is it?
