When speaking, the voice bar for every player is your job's colour, disregarding the job of the speaking player.
Ie. As Police, every voice bar is blue, even if they are citizen, where it should be green.

This is per job. Ie. All Police have blue lines, even if it is a Citizen listening.

It doesn't seem to be any of these options, and the current behaviour does not make sense.
I'll get around to this ASAP.
Even though it's not intentional I like it, it just stops more meta gaming if you ask me.
Fixed, and as a side result we have a slight redesign of the voice visualizer, making it more subtle. You'll just have to see once the servers restart.
