Ban Reason: Staff Impersonation. Going on other communities to harm LimeLights image and reputation.

Why should you be unbanned?: I know I should not have done what I did, I was really pissed and I know that isn't an excuse and I very much apologize for my actions and I am wishing to get a second chance or shortened ban. I really want to go back to playing Gmod, CityRP is the only server I mostly played on and actually had fun on. I've deleted the video's from my youtube channel and I really do wish this ban be shortened or removed (kept on record, no problem).

Notes:
The behaviour of the accused player after being suspended was appalling and inexcusable. DarthVirus joined other Garry's Mod servers whilst impersonating two staff members across separate occasions. DarthVirus then had the audacity to record and publish their mingery on YouTube and advertise the videos on our forum. Apology or not, that kind of behaviour isn't acceptable and will not be tolerated here at Limelight.

The evidence here shows that the accused player is impersonating LimelightGaming staff in order to minge on other communities and hurt the name and reputation of our community; an action that can lead to Limelight being attacked in revenge.

The evidence shows that the accused player (Darthvirus) is currently ingame on another community impersonating LL staff with the intention to minge and cause harm and hurt the name and reputation of LimeLightGaming to get revenge for the ban that is currently applied.

Summary:

The evidence collected proves that the accused players has hostile intentions towards LimeLight. The evidence shows that the accused player says he DDOSed the ol' community. It also shows that he's impersonating LL staff while going on another server with hostile intentions; something he admits himself. I see no reason why the accused player "Darthvirus" should be given another chance here on LimeLight with the actions and behaviour that he's showing.

CASE CLOSED. Player will remain perma-banned.

Now I understand that you are upset, but the question remains at who you really are upset at. Is is Nacreas or yourself?Nacreas issued a ban on you while the investigation was taking place (security-reasons). You decided to behave in a very hostile manner against LL, and then bragging of your "actions of revenge" as I'd like to call it as you did in this thread: https://limelightgaming.net/index.php?to...rdseen#new

The reason why you are banned to this day (and to the end mind you) is because of your actions committed after the first ban was issued (which I repeat again was for security-reasons).

If you think that a staff-member was acting biased in any way then you can report this with an Admin Abuse Report. The correct sub-forum for this is here: https://limelightgaming.net/index.php?board=13.0

Now, the issue lies with that the staff-member in question hasn't abused any of his powers. You've not proved this yourself and I've not seen this myself after more or less taking your case. If you're unhappy with the situation you've found yourself in then you are free to feel that way, but I need to remind you that you committed your actions and there are no-one but yourself to blame for that. It's your actions after receiving the first ban that has ensured that you will remain banned (Note: It's a permanent ban). If you want to appeal your ban then I will remind you that you have to wait 3 months before appealing it again.
