About Us:
Vortec Logistics Enterprise is a company founded by a group of entrepreneurs, making it their primary goal to develop cities. We travel around the world to offer our services in Multi-skilled Engineering, specializing in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering and all base engineering expertise. We offer this service by forming contracts with clients, planning, manufacturing and developing to their desired specifications.
Our company has overcome mass' amounts of developments, expanding and researching new departments, all containing highly trained and skilled individuals with life dedicated ambitions to make a difference to the well being of the 21st century.

GENERAL VORTEC LOGISTICS ENTERPRISE RANKING SYSTEM
Overall management within the company structure
- C.E.O - Chief Executive Officer
This is the overall highest ranking management officer through out the company. All finalization is signed off by this ranked individual and anything that is not approved, is then pushed back to the drawing board for improvements and retesting. Other divisions such as: C.O.O, C.S.O, C.F.O and Advisory ranks report to this rank with any high priority reports, issues and progress reports.
- C.O.O - Chief Operations Officer
This rank is the second highest rank of the management sector, overseeing all branches of specialized divisions, maintaining organization, work quality assessment and personal development assessments and assuring constant division development and maintenance through out the company. All head of a specialized divisions managers report to this rank with any issues and progress updates.
- Advisory Personnel
This important role oversees all changes/decisions and implementations that are being made and makes sure everything is optimized to the policy standards. This rank also makes suggestions to all higher ranks to make changes to the company structure to help make it work most effectively in all sectors.
- Head of Department (Engineering)
The very highest rank within the Engineering Division and manages internal paperwork and acts as HR for the specific sector. Managing Recruitment, Promotions and Demotions when necessary. The highest and most respected rank with its division.
- Department Management Personal
The second highest rank within the division, does the most planning and processing for work to be completed and passed down to the labor workers. Along side that, this rank makes sure all H&E Standards are in place for the specific sector and is responsible for any injuries or external problems
- Masters Precision Engineer
This is a more specialized and more respected rank within this division. More specialized and higher spec' project will be passed onto this rank and will be turned too if something needs doing most effectively or requires the highest amount of detail.
- Qualified General Engineer
When you are promoted from an apprentice, you then become qualified and migrate to this rank. This rank will be the setting stone for most employees, unless they shine out from the rest of the crowed and we feel we should promote them to a more specialized rank.
- Engineering Apprentice
This is the starting grounds within the Engineering Sector. This is the rank you begin with by default when accepted into to this field of work. You are trained by your superior to then move up to the next rank and become qualified to get things done on your own (Getting independent)

This is a specialized rank which works purely on development and researching way to move the company forward applying all of their research and passing them on to all alternative branches; to make sure all sectors are equally informed. This per-say, this the hub sector to develop all additional branches. The role also holds the responsibility to train the recruits

Involved with all alternative divisions - Using their expertise to assist in the expansion of the company

This rank will oversee their divisions work and progress. Before any media related information is aired, all employees must report to this rank for clearance. This rank will be responsible for assigning work and projects between their team ensure all resources are used to optimal levels.
- Media Team
This rank will work as a team to ensure that the companies image is well presented, sharing our work and the progress we are making within the city. The team will ensure that all work that is passed on from the director is done to the highest quality.
