Summary: They joined V33X and started spawning fences, and then tried to propblock/push everyone.

I must also include that "svartskalle"(In their nick) is a norwegian/swedish synonym for "nigger" as a very negative racial slur.

EDIT: 00:25 and they are still on the server fuckin' around.
EDIT2: If it helps the case, they both have avatars of two dark-skinned-persons who are obviously the first hit on google-images...

I have video-evidence of this incident where I show the two players mentioned players spawning and throwing fences.
