The Police Dodge Charger has a problem, you cannot /resupply at them.
That's intentional. You can't resupply from them so they aren't a direct upgrade from the default police vehicle.
Not really,

Admins told me it was a bug
Whoever told you that was wrong. Here is a quote from Faustie:

"They're fast and a little more sneaky, but as these new vehicles are designed to be interceptors and we don't want them to replace the standard police car they can't actually be used for resupply."

From the "cops and robbers update" thread. (https://limelightgaming.net/forums/showt...&page=2%29

Also if you read the in-game description of the chargers they say that they have no police weaponry or ammo in them to maximize their speed.
Overlewd, you should also have mentioned that the quote you used is talking about the undercover Charger and not the full-packaged pursuit vehicle(which IS a direct upgrade, for higher paying donators). there's no reason that a police officer shouldn't be able to resupply at either one. They can both carry just as much gear; the big difference between the two really being appearance and the number of mounted lights.
I didn't mention it because it talks about both of them. If you read it, it says "vehicles" and "interceptors". I will now quote from the in-game description as well.

Dodge Interceptor In-game Description: "While it can carry quite a few passengers, it performs best at low weights, which is why it carries barely any police gear. It'd be foolish to to take this to raid a compound, but it excels at chasing down fleeing criminals".

As you can see, it is intended. They don't want these vehicles to be used during raids since they have Pursuit written on them, which is why you can't resupply from them.
You need to resupply your tazer, spike traps etc aswell for chases.
Well, you don't NEED to. You can resupply at a normal car after a chase is completed. That's besides the point anyways. The point is that it is intended that you can't resupply from them.
Yeah, for the time being this is intentional. We don't want to see every police vehicle replaced by an interceptor when it's a major upgrade to the standard cruiser. If you're expecting to go into a raid or combat, you should be using the regular cruiser or at least co-ordinating enough with your fellow officers so that cruisers/SWAT vehicles will be there and available.

Once a new police vehicle comes out it's likely that resupply amounts will be further tweaked. Interceptors may have only spike strips and tasers, cruisers a standard, and a heavier police vehicle would have more weaponry and so on.
Okay, thank you. This can now be closed and sanctioned then.

Not gonna lie, that is stupid. Sure the unmarked should be lightly equipped as its not a patrol car, but the Dodge Charger PURSUIT (Not Interceptor), which is a replacement for the aging Crown Victoria Police Interceptor, and has gotten the highest ratings on the Michigan State Police test track, should have the full equipment available, because IT IS A DIRECT UPGRADE FROM THE CROWN VICTORIA.

TL;DR: Give the marked /resupply, and change the name from Dodge Charger Interceptor to Dodge Charger Pursuit.
