Can I just say I filmed this and tried to make a report about this player random tazing me and a friends just thought I add.

No but Python said he recorded everything and hes going to post a PR.....

when i ran there and clicked my buttons to start it already was too late

with my software i need to wait 4-5 importants seconds before the video starts recording

I was the officer that tazed him, He had just lockpicked the car, i got out and tazed him so he couldnt run away, then everything else is in the video
