Summary: I just happened to be in the city, eyeing a player building a construction site when a player by the name torgrim500 pops along and asks me what i'm doing, when I don't answer him he goes to the road and puts down tire spikes on the road. I walk towards him, I ask him ''Why are you putting tire spikes on the road?''... after a little complaining he randomly tasers me. :o The video shows everything, so here you go.
