Nice. Hopefully this should clarify some grey areas.
The U.S. Secret Service has two distinct areas of responsibility:

Financial Crimes, covering missions such as prevention and investigation of counterfeit U.S. currency, U.S. treasury securities, and investigation of major fraud.[3]
Protection, which entails ensuring the safety of current and former national leaders and their families, such as the President, past Presidents, Vice Presidents, presidential candidates, visiting heads of state, and foreign embassies.

Basically, Secret Service should also be allowed to raid when Money Printers, which print counterfeit money, are involved.
"Secret Service special agents' duties include both investigations and protection. Special agents investigate financial crimes such as counterfeiting of currency, false identification, credit and debit card fraud, computer fraud, forgery or theft of U.S."
This job was put in place for the president, we have SWAT for things regard raids
SS Rules definitely needed to be added. Their role is to protect the president not to roam the streets in suits arresting people, Like they were doing.
Just to clarify, so that there are no grey areas...
The Secret Service Agents are also tasked to protect the vice-president as well as the president. Correct?

I hope so at least, it just isn't clarified.

Also:
'Secret Service Agents must continue to guard the compound they were tasked to.'
Which would this be if they are not tasked to anything due to a lack of command?

If there is lack of command then they will likely be in the Nexus, so they would just continue what they are doing until commanded otherwise

If the president commands the SS to guard the Vice President then yes, they will guard the Vice President also

Okay, I see.

As for the Vice-President part, shouldn't the Secret Service automatically be part of the vice-presidents security detail? He is also a very important part of the Evocity government and it would be a shame if that was a grey area with vice-presidents just running around the city without protection as the rules do not require the secret service to protect the vice president without a competent president ordering them to.
If the President is walking around without protection then that is class as FailRP

That is true, my concern is giving an incompetent president (Frequently happens) the power to refuse the vice-president the support of the secret service.

I will consider posting my suggestion in the relative section of the forums.
