Summary: Basically he was pushing a stove out of a club and then proceeded to climb on top of it and dance on top of it, which is FailRP. Also note he was the president.

Note that there weren't many people online during the time, meaning I didn't necessarily have to do anything.

By default, this character is a serious and well-presented person who needs to look good in front of his people. Had you been a 'Drunk President', or had 'Alcoholic' in your description, then your excuse would be valid. You did not do this however, and so it was classed as FailRP.
This is similar to a Citizen carrying out crime with their job as 'Citizen' - unless they change it to 'Criminal', it is FailRP.
